So those of you that know me, know that I haven’t always been a huge fan of remotely administering client PC’s via a remote support client. The truth is that I enjoy the in person customer experience, I like getting out of the office and visiting our clients face to face. That being said – there are times when instant support is a must. For that reason we have created a client support portal allowing our technicians to remotely login to PC’s and fix problems right away. We have been testing our remote support capabilities and the initial reports from our customers are incredible. They love the rapid response capability, and I love the fact that we are reducing the amount of single occupancy vehicles on the road. It’s important for our clients to know – they will always have the option of onsite in person support. It’s what we built our business on, and excellent customer service will always remain the core principle of our business regardless of how we are delivering services.
